These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from www.myplaceshop.es.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

All products are made to order using a third-party print-on-demand fulfilment partner.

Each item is produced specifically after an order is placed. For this reason:

  • Production times may vary.
  • Slight colour variations may occur due to screen differences.
  • Size variations within normal industry tolerances (±2 cm) may occur.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.


3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€).

Where required by applicable tax legislation, VAT will be applied at the appropriate rate based on the customer’s delivery address.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Promotional pricing is valid only during the advertised period.


4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The information provided is accurate and complete.
  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity is suspected.


5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal.

We do not store or have access to full payment details.

Any payment disputes must be addressed directly with the relevant payment provider.


6. Shipping and Delivery

All products are produced on demand and shipped via third-party courier services.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier services, customs procedures, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If you are travelling or temporarily away, we recommend using a reliable address where the parcel can be safely received.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon physical receipt of the goods.

We remain responsible for ensuring goods are dispatched correctly but are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers once the order has been handed over for delivery.


7. Damaged or Defective Goods

Customers should inspect their order upon receipt.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us as soon as reasonably possible and within 14 days of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence.

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement at no additional cost; or
  • A refund to the original payment method.

This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.


8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

All products are made to order and produced specifically upon customer request.

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised items.

Therefore, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference

This limitation does not apply to defective or damaged goods.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, logos, graphics, product names, images, and text, is the intellectual property of My Place®.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.


11. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.

We collect only the information necessary to process orders and provide customer service.


12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Norway.

However, mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer’s country of residence within the European Union shall remain unaffected.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under EU law.
